Biomolecular modeling and simulation, Physico-chemical understanding of genomic DNA organization (Chemgenome), protein tertiary structure prediction via chemistry and informatics based methods (Bhageerath) and protein/DNA targeted computer aided drug discovery (Sanjeevini).
